You are creating a membership account which will allow you to register for multiple dance events using one of the sites operated by Event Express Pro, LLC. e.g. SwingDancer.net, CountryDancer.org, SalsaDancer.net and GraduationTickets.net. Once you register, that particular event will have access to your personal data. Please see the dance event website for information on their policies, terms and conditions. Your information is not directly shared with other dance events other than allowing the event staff to search for your account and view personal information when accepting a registration for their event. In addition, your name will be available to others during the online registration process for those that want to assign an item to you. For example, in couples contest, the leader may initiate the registration and search through a list of names to locate the partner name.

I understand that the event records personal information and competition data relating, but not limited to scoring, standings, qualifications and event reporting, newsletters. I hereby consent for the event to share my personal information and data arising from competition with the United Country Western Dance Council® (UCWDC®), World Swing Dance Council®, event scoring service provider and other competition organizations in connection with my participation at the event.
